In addition to our market rate residences at Metro Midtown, a portion of our residences in this community have been reserved for moderate to middle income, critical workforce such as teachers, nurses, first responders, retail and restaurant industry, law enforcement officials and other workers. The essential housing at Metro Midtown enables these essential workers to live in the community where they work, avoid a lengthy commute, and spend more time with family.

Any applicant or household living in one of these essential residences can earn up to the following annual incomes but also must meet our 2.5x monthly income requirement:

To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, simply add your base rent to the Essentials and any Personalized Add-Ons you choose. Application Fee: $75.00 Per Applicant
Administration fee : $165.00 per household
Parking Fee: $30.00 Optional Reserved Parking, Per Month, Per Space
Trash pick up Fee: $25.00 Monthly
Pest Control Fee: $5.00 Monthly
Pet fee: $500.00 Paid at move in
Pet rent: $25.00 Monthly
